Ulrich Besch has a university degree in business administration and has extensive experience in senior positions of a world leading exhibition organizer. Previously, he was responsible for the design and implementation
of IT systems as a project manager. He built and led an international IT Service Center. He is winner of the ICT Committee of the World Fair Association Ufi for the best customer management (CRM) project in the year of 2010.

Tobias W. Lienhard is working for adventics since 2012. Based on his many years of practical management experience with exhibition and congress companies (including Mesago Messe Frankfurt) and international
software companies (Ungerboeck Systems) he now advises exhibition companies in the field of CRM and information system solutions. Since 2005 he is also a lecturer for Event and Information Management at various universities in Baden-Württemberg.

Dennis Schmitz

Senior Consultant

Dennis Schmitz manages consulting projects for adventics as a Senior Consultant since October 2019. In prior to this, he worked as CRM consultant for a service supplier specialising in trade fair organisation and for an internationally operating trade fair organizer as Project Manager. In this position he was in charge of the internal CRM as a data analyst as well as for the digitization of processes. He focused on optimizing exhibitor processes, registering and evaluating visitor data and supporting technical hall and site planning.

Previously, she has worked for one of the major privately-owned trade show organizers in Germany for eight years. Ana Melciu works for adventics as a Senior Account Manager since 2019. Previously, she worked for an online-shop and several years for a renowed exhibition organizer where she was in charge for customer service. Her focus lay in the optimisation and strategic development of this area by identifying and implementing innovative and technical solutions. Furthermore, she was responsible for securing a premium quality in the interaction with customers.

Paola Bonazzi-Riedel

Paola Bonazzi-Riedel

Account Manager

Paola Bonazzi-Riedel joined the adventics team in Munich in 2020 as Account Manager. Previously, she worked in the international sales and project management and for more than ten years for an internationally operating trade fair organizer as a sales manager in the B2B sector. In particular, she was responsible here for international sales, customer acquisition, customer support (via phone, on site) and customer care in the CRM system. In marketing she was also in charge of consulting and selling marketing packages and advertisements for trade fairs and trade magazines (print and online issues).

Bernhard Millauer has been working as a software developer in the areas of CRM systems, sports betting, entertainment industry, capital and stock market as well as in the telecommunications industry since 2001. Since March 2018 he reinforces the adventics office in Vienna as a software architect.

Muhammet Tan has previously worked for over ten years at various well-known companies as a technical team leader in customer support and service. Among other things, he was responsible for the customer service of key accounts. He gained extensive professional expertise in software and hardware research, development and quality assurance.

Dorothy Okwado supports the management of adventics in the areas of finance and administration since 2019. She has worked for an international logistic company before as a clerk in the accounting department. She was responsible for billing, complaints, order processing, master data management and customer service.

Jannes Heinrich

Jannes Heinrich

Technical Assistant

Jannes Heinrich supports the adventics team since November 2018 as technical assistant in the field of equipment logistics. He is in charge of the entire stock of scanner and rental devices for our exhibitor customers. He is responsible for the technical maintenance of the extensive hardware products, for warehouse management as well as for the planning and preparation of the equipment for trade fair use.
